FAQ:
1.What is the power input?
A: For non-PoE managed switches, it receives DC12V~52V, for PoE managed switches, it receives DC48V~52V.
All the models support redundant input.
2.Does your switch support 155Mb/s tranceivers?
A: Yes, the optical speed is 10M/100M/1000M. Please just configure 100M speed in the management interface, megabit modules are working.
3.Can you supply a customized PVC label with my model on it?
A: Yes, there is description, model name and logo on the front PVC mask, all is available for customization.
4.What is the packing list?
A: There is a device, protective foam, a user manual, a warranty card and a console cable in the box.
But SFP modules and power supply are NOT included, please purchase it from us separately.
5.What is the PoE output voltage?
A: Its DC48V for 802.3af/802.3at/802.3bt compliant powered devices such as PoE cameras or PoE routers.
If the PD takes 24V power, then please use a PoE splitter to connect our switch and powered device.
